Governance

The Coaching Team operate under the management of the Junior Committee and are required to evidence appropriate planning, delivery and reflection on a regular basis. The Junior Committee possess a remit from the Wiltshire County Badminton Association to manage the training and competitive play for the affiilated junior players within the county. Two members of the Association serve on the Junior Committee at all times, including the Chair. The Chair reports to, and receives direction from, the Association at quarterly intervals.
